Plain and short: what you bought, how it arrives, and exactly what we do when something goes wrong.
What you get when you buy a guide
Every Restoration Essentials guide is a digital PDF. The moment Stripe confirms your payment, we email you a private download link — it also appears on the order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to wait on: the guide is yours to download, save, and print for your binder.
If the download never lands
Links get eaten by spam filters and inboxes fill up. If your email does not arrive, the link will not open, or the file comes down corrupted, incomplete, or as the wrong guide, write to bill@aitoolsfortoday.com from the email you used at checkout and tell us which guide you bought. We will re-send the link or replace the file. If we cannot fix it, we refund the purchase in full — a guide you cannot read is not a guide you should pay for.
Duplicates and wrong listings
Bought the same guide twice by accident? Tell us and we refund the duplicate. And if the guide page itself said something the file does not deliver — wrong years, wrong model, wrong contents — that is our error, and §2 applies: replacement or a full refund, your call.
What we cannot do
A downloaded guide cannot be un-downloaded, so we cannot refund a guide that arrived intact and readable simply because it was not the one you wanted. Check the year, make, and model on the guide page before you buy; every title names the exact car it covers. If we described it wrong, see above — that one is on us.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back through Stripe to the same card or payment method you used at checkout, and Stripe emails you a receipt when it processes. How long it takes to show on your statement is up to your bank. Restoration Essentials shirts and shop gear are sold through pushrodshop.com; the checkout receipt for those orders names the seller and the policy that applies there.
